Every initiative exists in many states requiring management through each individual stage of a life cycle. We embrace a process methodology that allows the management of a project to be visible to both the client and project team. We actively engage our clients and communicate progress each step of the way. Each stage lives as an independent entity with defined deliverables that can be evaluated within terms of return on investment.


Envision

The first task is to assess business and marketing needs and to develop a vision for addressing those needs. Then, project vision and scope helps determine the definition of an initiative and serve as a foundation for developing a project.

Define

When there is a clear vision of project strategy, it is necessary to create a roadmap to define objectives. Functional requirements are assessed and technical specifications are created in accordance with client priorities and budget.

Develop

Once the technical specification is approved, development proceeds in adherence to the blueprint. Upon completion, Quality Assurance serves to test the working model.

Evolve

When the product is approved for deployment, it is launched according to plan. Once a product has been launched it can be monitored and assessed of its abilities to achieve a client's goal.
